ANNOUNCEMENT: CY 2023 RECRUITMENT PROGRAM
Psychological/Psychiatric Examination (PPE)
Please be informed that PRO 8 has an approved quota of 100 (Reference: NMC Res No. 2023-1090) for the CY 2023 Attrition Recruitment Program. The total number of applicants who submitted documentary requirements, evaluated and endorsed to undergo the Body Mass Index (BMI) were 2,136. There were 1,854 applicants who passed the BMI, proceeded to take the Physical Agility Test (PAT) from which only 1,062 passed the Physical Agility Test (PAT) . Pursuant to NAPOLCOM Memorandum Circular No. 2021-001, 150% of the number of applicants from the recruitment quota allocated shall be endorsed for Psychiatric/Psychological Examination (PPE) due to budgetary considerations. Further, the PRO 8 Regional Director has approved for an additional 50% of the number of applicants, having a total number of 200 applicants for PPE. Basis on the selection of the 200 applicants for PPE as agreed upon by the PRO 8 Recruitment Screening Committee are as follows: Education, Eligibility and PAT Score. Below is list of PRO 8 applicants who passed the Physical Agility Test and are directed to report to the PNP Regional Headquarters tomorrow, September 25, 2023 at 6:00 AM for the conduct of PPE - Written Exam:

1 pc 2x2 ID picture with NO Name Tag
1 red ballpen
1 black ballpen
1 pencil
1 long folder (white)
Paste/glue
ATTIRE:
White tshirt (round neck), blue denim pants, and rubber shoes with white socks
Applicants are advised to preferably bring their lunch/snacks and water.
