PBGEN ANDARINO, Deputy Regional Director for Administration, Police Regional Office 8, and fifty-seven (57) others took their oath in front of His Excellency President Ferdinand "Bong-Bong" R. Marcos Jr. during the Oathtaking Ceremony of the Newly-Promoted Star Rank Officers of the Philippine National Police held at the Heroes Hall, Malacañan Palace, Manila on Tuesday, September 19, 2023.

Family of PBGEN ANDARINO were also at the venue during the ceremony.
