Eden Elcarte Top 3 in licensure examination for criminologists August 2023
Eden Oleo Elcarte, a recent graduate of the School of Criminal Justice Education at Biliran Province State University (BiPSU-SCJE), brought honour to the institution by ranking among the top scorers in the just-completed August 2023 Criminology Licensure Examination (CLE).
Third place went to Elcarte out of 5,742 passes. She has now surpassed Arianne Patagnan Supat, who finished in second place at the June 2022 CLE, as the top performer from BiPSU-SCJE.
