Along the National Highway in Brgy, a motorcycle rider collided with a sedan car and landed on top of the automobile. On January 8, Sacsac, Bacong, and Negros Oriental.
The motorcyclist's name was revealed to be Niko Catacutan Cabrea, a Purok 4, Brgy inhabitant. Banilad, Bacong, and that of the sedan's driver, a 27-year-old Russian national who rents a home in Dauin, Negros Oriental, was Vladislavovich Zvyagin.
The rider changed lanes and made a counterflow when both parties were moving in opposing directions, according to the initial police inquiry.
The cyclist crashed into the front of the sedan, was catapulted into the air, and landed on the back, according to the witness, who claims that the sedan's driver attempted to flee the situation but was unsuccessful.
